I bought a standalone VPC 7.0.1. I am using a hard disk image from an OS Pack for Windows XP Home. Worked well for a while, then after reinstalling some software, I am unable to startup the PC. It hangs an the "rolling colored ball" appears. I have to force quit the VPC app.

Is it possible to cut and paste text, hyperlinks, etc. between windows applications running on VPC, and OS X applications running in the main window? I tried, and it does not seem to work.

I've got some client software to test. It took an awfully long time to install XP and get it all patched. I'd like to save time by creating multiple virtual machines of XP by simply making copies of it, with necessary changes such as Ethernet MAC and whatever. Can this be done?

Has anyone figured out how to get the VM Additions Printer in VP7 to actually print to an optional tray. I have a wireless network printer which prints just fine with all the Macs but VP7 will only print on the standard (small) tray no matter what I do inside WinXP Pro. WinXP Pro

I have installed VPC 7.0.1 on MacOSX 10.3.8 and have imported/migrated the older VPC 6 Win98SE Guest OS. After this I update the Win98SE to WinXP Professional. All works fine, but I could not print and share folders.

I am running Redhat Linux, vmlinuz version 2.4.20-6 under virtual pc. In order to keep linux time synchronised to Mac time, I run vpctimed in background. This works perfectly under vpc6.1.1. Under vpc 7.0.1 I get the message:

Although I surmise from other posts that webcams don't work in VPC 7 (the first version I tried), I was wondering why. VPC "sees" the device on the USB port. Also, other USB devices, like printers...and the keyboard for that matter...DO work. Thank you in advance for any ...
