How can I access my fonts from Mac 10.3 and use them in VPC 7?

I have an Apple 56K Modem on my system and I'm trying to see if a
windows program that "dials out" can talk to it.  Unfortunately, I don't
have any program on XP other than this program that connects to a
terminal line, unless there's something like UNIX tip or cu on XP.

I have bought a Mac Mini 1.42 GHz with 512 M of ram (10.3.9) and I have
installed VPC 6.1.1 with Win 98.
I have installed Direct X 9 too.
I have A DVD with a few Games démo for Windows 98 like Syberia II,

What does VPC when applications use rdtsc functions? The memory use is
also an emulation.
Is there any  workaround possible for this problem?
