Stay away from Iolo System Mechanic, it stinks on VPC. Their
tech/customer support is also the pits.

Anyone successfully using a registry fixer/cleaner on Virtual PC
(particularly XP)?  I want to get rid of the bloatware known as System
Mechanic. Also, I found out that Registry Mechanic is not compatible
with Virtual PC.

I have a Powerbook 15" 1.5 GHz with 2 GB of RAM.  VPC is still running too
slow.  When I was running under 1.25 GB of RAM I could only increase the
amount of RAM available to the VPC to 512MB.  I thought that by adding the
