In Virtual PC 6.1 It was Possible to change Network Type to Shared Sockets via the script menu, (as per Microsofts support website) - this was required if web pages did not load up due to a conflict on the internet service provider.

Even though it's not suppose to work, VPC 7 is working on the Pismo, it just runs slow. Would VPC 6 run faster on a 500MHZ machine than VPC7? Would windows 2000 also run faster than Windows XP PRo?

After what could only be described as a mighty stuggle, I managed to install my version of Windows 95 on Virtual PC 7.0.1 for Mac (the mighty struggle included having to use a Windows 98 bootdisk image to access DOS on VPC to then access the Windows 95 CD to then run the OS

I just purchased Virtual PC Version 7 for Mac. I'm upgrading from Connectix Virtual PC 5 with Windows XP. I am running OS 10.3.7 on a Dual 450 G4 with 1.38 GB SDRAM. The product info says it will upgrade from ver. 5 but the installer won't run. HELP!!!!!
