I do not know ANYTHING about Windows. I read this group assiduously and
decided to buy VPC7 in order to run MS Project. My original goal was to keep
the VPC entirely off the internet in order to keep it safe.
Now that I have the thing, it does not seem practical to keep off the net

I think the problem I have been having with windows updates and msn
zone is related to something with windows installer in vpc. Files will
download but as soon as they try to extract i get an error. I looked
into this error and the solution was to install the latest windows

Whilst running a fresh install of VPC7 for the first time, using the
included XP Pro disk image, my Mac locked up HARD. I was playing a
song in iTunes (on the Mac side) in the background, and suddenly the
whole Mac froze-- no keyboard response, no mouse response, and the
