When I installed my VPC7, I was able to size the VPC window to any size I wanted. I had to update the Additions though to fix another problem. I did this and now I can't resize the window. So in other words, I can go to full-screen, or cmd-enter to put VPC into a Window.

I recently installed VPC 7 w/ XP Pro. I don't know much about Windows and need to activate Java or get it installed if it's not a part of the standard installation. I have 2 programs that function via I.E. and they use a menu in a pane on the left side of the main window.

OK, since I installed VPC 7 about a month ago I've had NO problems dragging/dropping between my Mac and Windows XP. Today for some reason, it's not working either way. I've rebooted the Virtual PC and Mac several times, but it just won't work. Any hints?

Is there a way to allow 2 users use a pc list, but allow readonly for one of the users. I have tested this, but if I change the permissions on the files from owner (rw) (read/write) and group (rw) (read/write) to group(r) (readonly) then when the other user tries to use the pc

Hi I have version 6 of virtualpc which I ran on my iMac G3 with great success. I sold my iMac G3 and have just bought a new iMac G5. If I buy the virtualpc V7 UPGRADE ---- HOW DO I GO ABOUT INSTALLING IT? ( i.e. do I have to install V6 first and then install upgrade or what? )

is it worth going about reducing the extra features of Windows XP to increase the performance? I have 1 GB of RAM on a Dual Processor G5. Is it better to run with 256 MB of RAM or 512 MB of RAM assigned to VPC?

Apologies if this is obvious - I have installed VPC v7 on a G5, no problems. But, do I need anti-virus and firewall software for the virtual version of XP Pro?
