Disable services on XP PRO08 Nov 2004 12:54 GMT4
I have read that you can disable certain services on XP PRO. Which
ones can you disable and how do you do it?  I do not know where to go
to do this. I read that it will help the performance.  I am looking to
run access and I think at this point Virtual PC would run it too slow.

I have a 2GHz Dual G5 with 1.5GB RAM and can't run VPC7, showing the

Can you force 'commit changes' while VPC is running?06 Nov 2004 23:02 GMT7

Is there a way to force this commit to happen while VPC is running?
Does my question make sense?

I've discovered the cause for the errors that many people have been

Here's the problem: Virtual PC uses the built in firewall to manage its
