Does anyone know if it would be possible to take an RS-232 device, convert it to USB, and have it run through VPC 7 ? Would I need additional USB drivers to accomplish this?

If I'm using (say) an image editor under OSX, and I've got VPC running (6 at the moment, 7 is always a possibility if it helps) so I can simply save the files directly to that drive (long story, but testing an IIS application so want to save time copying the images from the share ...

I usually use VPC on my PowerBook with Airport Extreme If however I've done a save&close in VPC and then go somewhere where I have no connection, it gets snotty when I try and restart because the networking is wrong.

Dear Group, I though VPC7 was supposed to include native video card support. Was I incorrect about this feature? Also, if it was supposed to be there any ideas when microsoft might release it?

I need the fastest possible config for VPC7 to run ACT!2005 Premium. 1. Is the maximum RAM allocation for VPC7 still 512MB? I would like to give it 1GB to run ACT! which comes with SQL server. 2. Is VPC7 really faster than VPC 6 (I will be using Win2000 Pro)?

I'm using a mac and having problems viewing some sites with advanced java, streaming videos/music, etc. I tried all different broswers including safari, IE, opera, an so on.. and also installed windos media player but no luck

I just bought a VPC 6.0 and I have a Mac 10.2.1 (Panther) and 1.2g of ram. I cannot install an OS; I follow instructions to install manually, insert the CD (Window 95 from a previous VPC 2.0), you can see it accepts the CD, but nothing else happens.. its does not install window 95.. ...

I just installed VPC6.1 under OSX manually. I want to install my own Windows 2000 operating system. The help menu says that the error message after installation will be that the drive image is not bootable.
