Which is more efficient to install Win XP in NTFS or FAT 32?
I know if it is NTFS I can't mount the HD to my desktop. But is FAT 32
going to make XP run even slower?

Installing VPC7 on a brand new iMac G5, everything is nice and dandy for
daddy (the administrator). But when the kids access their identities, the
Virtual PC finds no Windows drive to run, since it's sitting in the VPC List
folder inside the administrator's (my) Documents folder.

VPC 7 and 2Gb or more RAM26 Oct 2004 02:30 GMT16
I just wanted to share my experience with this same problem and provide
another option besides removing memory from my computer.  I was hit by this

Slow 'Save PC State' on VPC7 24 Oct 2004 04:14 GMT16
Since installing VPC 7 (XP Pro) on a QS 2002 G4, I find that the Save PC
State (carry forward undoable changes) takes about 2-3 minutes to Œsave¹,
and then same with starting up again. This happens regardless of memory
allocated to XP. Anyone else have this problem on the G4? Is ...
Where are the Hard Disk files???23 Oct 2004 22:51 GMT5

Virtual PC won't startup saying it can't find the BOOT.INI file.
After some research, it appears that the PC disk has become detached
Virtual P.C. 723 Oct 2004 00:46 GMT6
The new VPC 7,  has it cracked the 512 meg of Ram and the 16 meg of Video ram?
