Ever since I update my OS X to 10.3.5, VPC 6.1.1 has frequently stopped responding to keyboard and mouse input. The application refuses to quit even when force-quitted and will not respond to any AppleScript commands. I can still switch to the Virtual PC window, and

If I use Network Switch I cannot get a reliable VPC network connection as I switch frequently from wired and wireless networks. So I thought I would use shared networking but while I can see the network reliably under this method I get DNS error messages when web browsing under

Is it okay to have the VPC drive image on an external firewire drive? I'm interested in saving space on my internal HD, and it would be great if I could stash the humongous Windows OS drive image on an external drive dedicated to to just VPC's use.

| LEGAL ACTION AGAINST MS FOR THE VirtualPC 7 - 2GB+ RAM ISSUE? | 27 Oct 2004 05:34 GMT | 5 |
This is too true: I have 3GB RAM in a dual G5, abd VPC7 truly screwed up my primary drive. I do not doubt that Microsoft knew prior to releasing the product that this was a bug. What really pisses me off is the fact that the G5 is what neccessitated the development of VPC7.

| VPC 6.1 and .NET Studio | 26 Oct 2004 23:57 GMT | 2 |
Will .NET Studio run on VPC 6.1? I have a client that needs me to do some .NET work and I need to install this. However, I don't want to crash my VPC by doing it (I'm nervous as installing SQLServer 2000 under VPC killed VPC and I needed to recreate the image from scratch)
