Control Break key sequence06 Jun 2004 10:08 GMT3
A couple of months ago I asked about emulating the Control Break/Pause
key sequence in VPC.
I did not notice a positive outcome (and the request has "expired" -
ceased to be, gone to meet its maker...).

I'm running VPC 6.1 on an iBook G4, OS X Panther and it's

I am using an older operating system. I started with MAC OS 8.1 and

I'm at the point in the XP installation where I'm supposed to accept the EULA

I've just bought VPC 6.1.1 with Windows XP/Home, running on my new

Explorer behaves oddly. It will access some URLs, but not others. I've
reboot cycle04 Jun 2004 21:30 GMT10
Lately, when I restart VPC6 with Win 2000 (up to date with latest
patches), it gets through the boot progress screen, shows a quick error
message (too fast to read completely, but something about some DLL not
found) then reboots. It keeps doing this till I turn off the virtual

I don't know what happens, but VPC has never correctly accessed internet.
The prefs are set to :

I am currently running VPC6.1 on my G4.  I was wondering if the
following might be possible?
I had an old IBM Aptiva ('95 model) with Windows 95 installed on it.
The computer case is with my parents now, but I've retained the old

with no problem.
VPC 6 resets02 Jun 2004 16:46 GMT5
For some reason Virtual PC just reset itself. When I open it, it asks
me to put in my CD key again. And of course, the only way to get
support from Microsoft is if I have my PID number. Help!?
