I just switched over to a Mac, and thought I had researched all my questions
first, but apparently not...
I just discovered that I cannot use Entourage with our Exchange Server 5.5.
So I am looking for a solution.  My questions are:

Not sure why but my VPC 6.1.1 looses the saved pc's in the PC list.
I'm running in 10.3.3. The problem date back to before Panther mind
you. I can't re-install as my VPC 5 CD is damaged.
The saved and running PCs are there when I have my PC's running or

I have an eMac G4, with VPC installed.  Do I need an antivirus program
for VPC, or will the AV program for the Mac be sufficient?  If I need

I purchased Windows XP Home Edition bundled with Virtual PC 5 from
Connectix. I have the serial number for VPC and the product key for
WXP. After a reformat of my harddrive, I reinstalled VPC but WXP did
not install automatically. What do I need to do to reinstall XP  from

Have Virtual PC 6.1 running on OS X 10.2.  I am using it for real
estate sites.  It crashes VERY frequently.  A lot of the time, I can't
get out of the crash and must shut my notebook down and restart.  A

I use Virtual PC 6.1.1 on an iMac running Mac OSX 10.2.8. I try to
connect my USB ADSL Modem a Sagem fast 800, but the modem isn't
recognise by Virtual PC running Windows 98.

It appears that moving a file to a shared folder only works if it has an
8.3 filename.  If I try to move a file with a long name onto the shared
folder, I won't be able to access it on VPC.  If I rename it to 8.3, I
can.

I recently had to reinstall my system software (G4 Mac/OS X Jaguar) and
though I backed up all my data, it seems I forgot to keep the update for
VPC 5 to 5.04. Is it still available anywhere? I haven't been able to
locate a download anywhere online. Unfortunately I can't upgrade ...

But therefore, I need the OpenGL or the Direct3D GraphicMode.
I´ve got an ATI Radeon 9000Pro but it seems like VPC doesn´t use it.

Windows 2000 on PCs. I'm considering buying VIrtual PC 6.1 for the Mac
in order to run the PC version of InDesign at home so I can open, work

I have installed VPC 6.1  and upgraded to VPC 6.1.1 on my ibook g4. I
got to the black screen of the Windows XP home with the message that I
need to install the OS. I put in windows CD in and I don't know what
to do next. The instructions with Virtual PC is very very incomplete.

I have setup Virtual PC 6.1 on a Mac OSX 10.3 client workstation.  I have
setup one machine with Win98.  I setup the machine to use Virtual Switch for
the Network setting.  When I launch the computer it gives me the following
error message:

My problems is. I had virtual PC 5 installed on my G4 OSX machine but
I never used it. So I did the cardinal sin of just deleted the
application. Now I am trying to install Virtual PC 6 onto my machine
and it keeps coming up with an error as follows:
