Keynote is so much easier..... I have a music soundtrack running under the whole show, but I want to turn it down when a movie slide comes up. I've tried everything I can think of. I need to do it in PPT

I admit I'm using Mac powerpoint just for a few weeks. I don't manage that the foodnotes like name, nop, date I enter into the slide master appear in the presentation. What do I have to do to make this happen? Any helpful

When I add a simple Animation to an object it works in the test but when I play the presentation it doesnt work. I want a picture to appear on click. Second - is there a way to create a replacing effect?

I recently updated to 2008 on the mac. All prior ppt files open on the mac but not on any pc. I have saved the files in ppt or pptx. will not open on any PC, running xp or 7, all using 2007 and updated. An error message stating

Has this issue been fixed yet? Using Powerpoint 2008 1223 patch, 10.5.8 operating system, crashes about 90% of the time to any printer. We use Xerox and Canon copiers with Fiery rips, and HP 5300 and 4300

When opening a presentation in PPT 2008 for Mac made on a XP machine with PPT 2007, text is often misaligned. Text is made as a seperate box laying on top of a box. Any suggestion ?? Regards Bram

When I get .pptx files in emails I cannot open them. I can see them in quick view. When I try to open them it sends me to a microsoft web site that wants me to download 2004 - which I have.

Office 2007 for PC allows you to select a theme for an individual or select group of slides. Apparently Office 2004 for Mac had this feature also. This is a widely used feature that is apparently lacking
