I cannot get beats made in garage band into my powerpoint presentation.

I need to link quite a number of individual cells from Excel into a PPT
presentation.
Each cell will be inserted in the middle of a text line and should of course
have the same format as the text around it.

I have DVD-R and and CD-R, am I wrong in my understanding that I should be able to save a Powerpoint presentation to either. If I'm not wrong how do I do it? I put the disc in, Itunes pops up, I exit then enter the PP on my Mac and can't figure out how to save it to ...

PPT 2008 creates enormous pdf files; suchare 3 times the size as those
created in PPT 2004. This is a known issue, and the SP1 upgrade did
not address this problem. Any idea how long it will take Microsoft to
correct this flaw?

When I create a powerpoint in either MAC 2008 version or PC 2003 version, if there are numbered bullets in either that skip numbers the numbering is not preserved between versions. Any ideas?

I've just installed SP1 - which resulted in several of my PowerPoint presentations not being displayed correctly any more!

The very first excel file (.xls) I tried to open, refuses to, since
updating to SP1 yesterday...
Is anyone else having this problem???

a PPT 97-2003 file.  The file works fine in PowerPoint 2003 and in 2007.

i'm trying to use some of the example code in the MS guide VBA to
applescript and I seem to be getting a lot of errors.

How do I embed mp3 music into a powerpoint, so that it works on any mac that has 2008 PowerPoint?

Is there a definite list of fixes included in Office 2008 SP1 ? The
"official" list in the press release is rather short.

In using a presentation that is a combination of several others, is there any
way to tell all of the slide masters that are being used without going
through each slide?  (I'm using 2003 version)
