I'm using MS PowerPoint 2003 and I'd like to individually categorize each slide in a single presentation - some slides may fall into multiple categories. I would then like to search that presentation for all slides matching a search category.

Does anyone know why this script will work in PPT Office XP, but not in PPT for Office 2004 on Mac? Do I need to modify it for it to work on a Mac? Thanks Here's the script:

In Powerpoint 2008 I have a table that is formatted using one of the table templates. When I try to shade a cell using Borders and Shading instead it just changes the font color. Am I missing something? Is this a bug? John

I am using powerpoint, for song lyrics, and when i press enter, it puts extra spacing between lines. I know how to fix it in each one, but how do i make it the default? I don't want to have to change it every single time i make a new powerpoint.

When I type in the speaker notes box, the spaces in between the words fluctuate, and sometimes the words overlap. I have tried to save then close the file then reopen to see if it resets, but no change. This is my first time using PPT on Mac.
