In PPT 02/03/07 There's a checkbox in Slide Show > Set Up Show under Performance "use hardware graphics acceleration". I can't seem to find this option in PPT 2008 Mac. Is there some other way to turn it on? Thanks!

Is it possible to hide the background of slides when they are printed as notes? I've been told that this is possible with the Windoze version of PPT but I can't find any likely looking option in the Print dialog box.

I've read some messages from 2006, talking about a bug affecting the display on a cinema 30'' monitor. All I can say is that the bug still here. We've just bought a 30'' display and the result is that we cannot open a ppt file and display it normally in a slideshow.

I create a presentation on the pc. It has inserted tiff's, jpegs, lots of slides (178). Opens on a dell xps Intel Core 2 duo with 2 Gigs Ram in under 20 seconds. Take it to the Mac running OSX 10.4, Dual 2GHz G5 , 1Gig ram, nothing else running and it takes around 5 minutes before

How can I send my powerpoint presentation to Microsoft Word. I have PowerPoint for Mac 2008. When I go to File -> Send to -> Microsoft Word, it opens Word but nothing is there. No dialogue box appears as it does in PowerPoint 2007. Please help!

Where did the geniuses at MS hide the selection tools (marquee, lasso)? in the old power point it was in the "picture" part of the formatting palette under "selection".
