I just purchased Office 2004 at the campus store, and they assured me
there was a patch or download that would allow me to either
convert .pptx files to ppt or at very least open pptx files for simple
slideshow viewing. I can't find any such download in the support

I am trying to embed videos (windows media player format) in my powerpoint
presentation Office Mac 2004. When I try the "insert movie from file" option
I can see the vmw files but they are shaded and I cannot select them. What to
do?

I am having problems sending my PP (2004) graphs in to Word - all I
get is a blank Word page! Any thoughts most welcome.

I have installed Microsoft Office 2004 with PowerPoint 11.3.5 on my IMac
with OS X Version 10.4.10.
A good portion of the PowerPoint slide shows that I receive freeze up my Mac
when the first slide comes up. Using the Force Quit, the notation says that

I am trying to save my powerpoint presentations (created on my imac
using office 04) so that they will open up in office 07 on a PC.
Apparently the file extension needs to be a .ppxt file.
In office 04 you can only save to cover all windows versions 97 -

I am using the 30 day trial of Powerpoint 2007. It has been working fine
until yesterday when it started crashing when I closed it. I get that popup
box about send/don't send an error report and there is a checkbox asking if I
