I have two iMacs running OS x and Powerpoint 2004. I need to play a powerpoint presentation on the second monitor plugged into the mini DVI jack and a DVI to VGA cable, and be able to use the main monitor for daily work.

I'm having a problem with the powerpoint presentation I created on my Mac when it's opened on a PC. The formatting is off on the PC version (with the text not fitting, and graphs overlapping textboxes), but appears normal on mine. How can reconcile this?

I'm a little out of practice with Powerpoint. Using PPT2004 for Mac, is there a way (or some sort of add-on or macro) that would allow me to batch import a folder of about 50 images, putting each image on its own slide?
