I'm tired of Powerpoint puttting two text boxes on my new slides! When
I insert a new slide, I would like it to be completely blank.
There is an add-in for Powerpoint on the PC that will allow you to set
the default slides to be blank. I tried using this add-in on my Mac

I use powerpoint (version 11.3.5) on an intel macbook pro. However the
equations went black after I installed an auto update of Microsoft
Office 2004! They still show up in eqn editor if I double click on
them...

I have 3 page presentation.  On the first 2 pages, I want all of the data to
appear automatically..............it works just fine.  The material on the
3rd page,  I set up to appear only on mouse click.................here's
where the problem is.  All of the material on page 3 ...

I sent previous message but I feel I didn't explain well, what I am after.
3rd page of program, I want the individual items on the 3rd page to come up
on mouse click only.  The previous 2 pages have all the material come up
automatically.   The first 2 pages come up as planned but ...

say your with your client doing a presentation and ooops! you hit the wrong
button and the show collapses back to pre-view slide mode, is there any way
to start it back up from where you left off or do I have to hit f5 again and
go through from slide 1 to 343 all over again?

I cannot get PowerPoint 2003 (or 2000) to receive sound through/from an "MXL
USB.006" microphone. When testing the mike, under "set microphone level," the
message reads "Powerpoint is not receiving sound from the microphone..." I've
checked the audio settings and they seem to be ...

I'm using version 2003.  How do I set my mouse for a right click to back up
to a previously viewed slide.

My office creates PowerPoint presentations (graphs, bullets, etc.), and they
view fine on a PC. Viewed on a Mac in PP, things look odd.... Lots of
blacked out images, etc. Anything I can do about this?

OK,
Mixed enviornment here.  Macs and PCs.  Our creative department builds
presentations on a Mac, and gives them to our sales group that is PC.
Usually works well, but lately we have been using lots of Videos.

I am saving my presentation as a show and am using Garamound in text
boxes (among other fonts and graphics). When I send the presentation
to my colleagues the text automatically becomes Helvetica when they
view it. I can't figure this one out! Someone please help me!! THANKS

Hi Guys and Gals,
I work at home using Macbook G4 (not Intel). At work I use PC-XP. The
problem I am facing currenly is the compability of the Powerpoint Mac 2004
with the PC PP 2003.

I am trying to send a power point presentation but anyone who has an AOL
address can't hear the sound?  How do I send it to them?

when I draw a conector line, I can choose the start and end arrow
style. The thing is there is only six styles, I am just thinking if
can get some other styles or I can just draw some and add them to the
library.
