I am a research scientist in the area of molecular endocrinology at the

Powerpoint that contain graphs, text, and graphics, all on a background

I have created a presentation with several "rounded rectangle" autoshapes
using Powerpoint 2004 (11.3.2) on a Powerbook G4 (OS 10.4.9).
When I send the file to a client (using PCs) for editing, the shapes appear
fine.

For some reason, people want to use PP to print sales sheets for
products. I'd like to make them in, well, anything else, but in case
the salespeople need to edit them, we're using PP. Not my decision.

I'm running Office "X" on Tiger, and have a PPT that was created on
another Mac (Office version unknown).
It opens fine on the Mac, but when I save-it-for-web, and upload
it...the webpage displays fine for Safari 2.0.4, and Safari 1.2...also

How to change transition timing between the slides?
Are there any other options than presets: FAST, MEDIUM, SLOW?

Having just converted from PC to Mac, I was using Office 2007.  In PP,
there was an export feature that sent all slides to Word and created
lines for notes under each slide.  It was called something like "save
as notes pages with lines".  Then I could save the Word file as a pdf
