First.  I am not an expert.
I created a PPT that includes avi movies (not quicktime).
When I view by 'slide show' the only way I can move from slide to
slide is to use the green arrows.  Using the space bar or the forward/

Im creating a powerpoint presentation in which I want the viewer to be
able to click on different coins in order to pay for an item of
clothing. Is there a macro code that will calculate how much they have
spent according to which coin images they have clicked on.

Office 2004 introduced a significant bug regarding the handling of
graphics pasted from another application.  The effects are most severe
in Powerpoint, but are also apparent in Word.

v.X for Mac purchased in 2002. Whenever I get a PowerPoint slide
presentation (sent to me by e-mail), I cannot reproduce the sound;
every presentation is "silent".

Hi, I use Powerpoint to run many presentations in a theatre venue and
have always used the Windows version of Powerpoint. I recently got a
new Mac Pro for doing presentations and I like to use the Mac side of

Both powerpoint 2003 and powerpoint 2007 AVI files
won't play in windows vista unless extension is changed from AVI to MPG.  
These same AVI files play in VISTA Windows Media Player.  Powerpoint 2003 and
2007 AVI files play correctly in Windows XP.  It looks to me as though the

Hi I have made a presentation with a menu page that hyperlinks to 6
other ppt presentations, the hyperlinks all work on the machine i am
using and on many other machines that we have tried, however we have
tested it on a new intel mac and the hyperlinks do not seem to work,

Hi. This problem is driving me crazy, and I can't figure out how to

Help!  I apologize ahead if this issue has already been beaten to
death.  I'm running powerpoint (office X) on a apple laptop powerbook
G4 (Tiger 10.4.9).  I was presenting a powerpoint presentation during
a recent sales meeting.  This file was originally created on PC in our

We use Mac OSX 10.3.9 and 10.4.X on all types of macs.
The problem is we use a corporate font Parralucent (T26) in our
presentations. It a type 1 and works fully ok in office x but not in
2004. What happens is the font seems to fatten when opened in 2004.

I selected this panel from the tools pull-down, and now I can't find
any way to make it go away. I can't move it to create enough screen
space to continue working. Aaagh!

My son created a Powerpoint presentation on Office for Mac 2004.  When
he took it to school on a jump drive the presentation would not open
on the teacher's PC. What can we do to make this work?
