Resolution/size of photos in Powerpoint19 Apr 2007 04:26 GMT9
Last year I created a powerpoint presentation that contained a large number
of photos.  I saved it as a show, burned it to CD's, and included a copy of
a Powerpoint Viewer for those that don't have the program.
I'm assuming that the photos are what was causing the show/presentation ...
PowerPoint Temp files18 Apr 2007 11:42 GMT1
I hope someone can help with a small but niggling problem.
I use PowerPoint in Office v.X, under OSX 10.4.9. My installation of
Office is updated to 10.1.9 (I believe this means I'm up to date).
When using PowerPoint, it creates a series of 'PowerPoint Temp' files,

Relational database to keep track of ppt slides?17 Apr 2007 06:49 GMT5
Has anyone ever built a relational database to keep track of PowerPoint
slides? Imagine if each slide on every deck on my computer had a bunch of
meta-data associated with it: author, date, project, data type, etc.
That way, assuming that the files are correctly annotated, I could ...

I'm a novice at creating PowerPoint presentations on my iBookG4.  I
unfortunately agreed as a volunteer to give a free presentation to a group

I have created a PowerPoint and want to embed one song that will play

PowerPoint Documentation15 Apr 2007 13:26 GMT3
I'm trying to master Office 2004 PowerPoint and once again wish with
all my heart that software companies still created REFERENCE manuals.
I want a manual that will systematically explain each and every menu
item, dialog box element, and toolbar component.
Powerpoint for Mac Question15 Apr 2007 02:13 GMT1
In Powerpoint for the Mac, I am not able to see both the outline and
the slides view on the left hand column, yet in training videos using
the PC version, both views show up. Is there a way on the Mac to see
both slides and outline - I am getting only the outline view in the
Viewing and Printing Excel work in Powerpoint14 Apr 2007 16:45 GMT4

at each data point). Any suggestions?
Powerpoint, Missing Graphics, Servers, and OS X 10.4.914 Apr 2007 05:49 GMT3
I am having some issues with Powerpoint.  One of my users has just had
two presentations go wacky in the last week with many of the graphics
turning into Big Red X.
He was running the presentations off our servers so I don't know if
Endnotes13 Apr 2007 11:32 GMT1
Hi, I am using Powerpoint 2007 and I was wondering if there is any way to add
endnotes to my presentation. I don't want to use footers because they will
take up too much room in my presentation.
Thanks in advance!
Slide graphic missing in Notes View09 Apr 2007 23:33 GMT3
Hi, I've recently started using Powerpoint 2004 on the Mac, after
years of use on the PC. I've imported one of my PC presentations, and
I notice that the slide graphic has disappeared if I view the Notes

presumably Windows Computers. Any reasons? Cees.
Presentation is taking too long to open. Placeholders?06 Apr 2007 15:26 GMT1
Hi, is there a shortcut or way to open my presentations with
placeholders instead of the audio and movie files? I have about 100
presentations and when I go through those to find what I need, the
program locates and loads every linked file and it takes forever. (1
