Last year I created a powerpoint presentation that contained a large number
of photos.  I saved it as a show, burned it to CD's, and included a copy of
a Powerpoint Viewer for those that don't have the program.
I'm assuming that the photos are what was causing the show/presentation ...

I hope someone can help with a small but niggling problem.
I use PowerPoint in Office v.X, under OSX 10.4.9. My installation of
Office is updated to 10.1.9 (I believe this means I'm up to date).

On the PC version of Microsoft Office it is possible to apply a slide
design to ONLY the current slide by right clicking on the slide design
and hitting apply to current slide, however, in the Mac version there
is no right click menu (yes i have a mighty mouse with the right click

Has anyone ever built a relational database to keep track of PowerPoint
slides? Imagine if each slide on every deck on my computer had a bunch of
meta-data associated with it: author, date, project, data type, etc.

When I paste special an excel spreadsheet into a ppt presentation,
oftimes I (and others I may forward it to) the data in the picture is
unreadable and unprintable (it comes out looking like a black square
