I'm really new to PowerPoint and can't find this answer in Help.  I
need to put together a show of just photos.  No text, the photo will
fill the whole screen.  All the photos are from a digital camera and
haven't been touched.  Is there an ideal resolution or format they

I recently created a PowerPoint Design Template for a client. The
client is currently having a problem with outline text, in .rtf format,
which has been imported into PP and then had my desing template applied

I have a presentation that needs to get done soon.  All the files are in
Illustrator and I can not seem to figure out how to get then into PowerPoint.
Do I need to the Illustraotr files as something different?  I already have

How do I format the text for all slides in power point presentation.
Whenever I try to change the text color, I can only do it one slide at
a time.  I have about 15 presentations with 10-150 slides each so I
don't want to have to go through one by one.

When I burn a CD of the folder that contains all of the parts of my
presentation, PPT loses the links to my external audio.  All of the
audio files are .aif's and are exported from GarageBand to iTunes and
then brought into PowerPoint 2004.  The CDs work perfectly except for

Is there a way to see how long an entire powerpoint is (if it's set up with
various transition times) without watching the entire thing and timing it
yourself?  Is there somewhere that it tracks the total time?
By the way, I'm using PowerPoint from Office 2004.

I'm running Powerpoint (Office) 2004 on my Mac with Panther (10.3.9). I've
got a presentation with a quicktime movie in it, and I want to save it as a
PDF (Acrobat) since playback between Macs and PCs is not consistent in

I am trying to add some fine print to the bottom of a Powerpoint
poster. (Office X version). The page width is 20 inches. When I add a
text box and paste the paragraph into it, I cannot make the text extend
