I get the message "click to advance to beginning of presentation" instead of the usual "end of slide show, click to exit" message at the end of my PPt presentation. It then does as it says--goes back to the beginning of the presentation,

when i'm trying to export my powerpoint file into quicktime format, texts animations aren't rendered, the final .mov is created but texts appears without animations. Is there something to do to correct this ?

I am putting a ppt package on my work server. I was wondering if there is someway I can make it so that when somebody opens it, it automatically will open in Slide Show mode and not in normal or edit mode.

I've created a slide show on my G4 for a co-worker using a PC. It's pretty simple - it consists of 13 slides with shapes, text and images (png's and jpegs). When I send it to him and he opens it, it's 13 slides of nothing, just the slide bkg image. We're both running the newest ...

When reviewing slides in the PowerPoint slide sorter the maximum zoom setting is 100% and that is still way too small to have a good view of what you're actually sorting. Is there any way to bump up the size a bit more? As it is I can't even make out the titles of my slides on my

I am at my wits' end!! I need to copy a graph that I have created in Excel into a PPT presentation. The graph moderately transfers well into PPT. I still have to change font size and such, only because I have to scale down the size of the graph.

I have a .pps file on a server. This file, when opened on the server will allow me to link to another file, but when I save it to my desktop or attach it to an outlook email, the .pps file will open, but the link won't. Can you tell me what I need to do to correct this?
