I have been working on a PowerPoint presentation for 11 hours, with autosave
every 10 minutes, then at the last save the file was corrupted and it will
no longer open. Thus I have lost one day¹s work.

I am working on a presentation that was created by another person. It
seems they have overridden the slide master in over half of the slides
and I was wondering how I remove their local changes. I've gone into
the slide master window and while looking at the slide thumbnail,

Anyone know why the compatability report doesn't report the most useful thing
which is if a user has copied and pasted pictures into there Mac 2004
Powerpoint presentation from the web and Powerpoint saves them in some Mac

Has anyone else noticed this problem? It was brought to my attention
recently when I borrowed a notebook to give a presentation that had
Office vX on it. My problem is that in Powerpoint 2004, many
transitions are very slow, espceially if the next slide has graphics in

We are using Office 2004 for Mac in one of our labs.  Whenever users try to
import an image larger then 1MB into thier Powerpoint presentation, it
displays as a blank white box.  This is repeatable on every Mac in the lab.  
I have tried images in .jpeg and .bmp format with the ...

I think I saved my PPT as  PPS file accidentially.  Is there any way I
can get it back to PPT mode?

1. The images I'm linking to in my presentation are all PSD images with no
background so they shouldn't appear inside a white box.  About half the time
I play the presentation, some look like EPS images without a clipping path.

I am trying to create a presentation and I'm getting vertical wrapping
from bottom to top of text.  This has never happened before despite
many uses of PPT in OS X.  I have trashed my microsoft.powerpoint.plist
and still no help.

I know how to save the slideshow as a movie on a Mac in PowerPoint, but
I can't find how to do it on a PC. I've searched everywhere. Is that
saving ability only on the PowerPoint for the Mac Microsoft Office?

I receive powerpoint slides from my lecturer at college, and all the
text and pictures are fine, but math formulas come up as a black block
for each symbol used. The same .ppt file is fine on my pc version of
powerpoint. Can anyone help?

I have a problem to open on mac that PP-file created on Window-PC.
Sometimes,I can open but most of time can't open.
Also, PP-file created on PC with Korean font comes out with symbol font on
my mac.

Is there a way to save my presentation without having any other presentations
or any other unrelated files being saved?
