I am trying to add a movie (*.avi) to a powerpoint presentation. It will
play the sound but there's no image. Can anybody help with this?
Ideally I would like to add only part of this movie (i.e., a clip) but at

I was wondering how to set up a MAC Desktop and Power Point 2004 for MAC to
support dual monitors.  I want the audience to see the slides and the
sound/tech people to be able to edit the slides, advance slides, etc.  Any
advice?

PowerPoint in Office v.X had no cross-platform compatibility issues.
Ever since installing Office 2004 on my Mac (OS 10.4.3), none of my
clients/associates with PCs have been able to open any PPT file I send
them.  Same message, "Powerpoint is unable to open this file" occurs
