Every time I control-click in my file, the control-click menu
duplicates. For
example:

I have a slide that the client wants a song to loop (no problem there)
and then have a series of photos come up in succession while the music
plays. I can get the music to start (it's an mp3 file) and the first
photo comes up, but no other photos come up.

I just upgraded to PP2004 MAC from PP98. I have several presentations that
use embedded transparent GIFs. These worked just fine in PP98 Mac and I have
never seen a problem with these presentations on PCs running various
versions of PP. The problem I have on the MAC with PP2004 is ...

    I've used LTextEditView class for text edit and input in my carbon
application. This text box accepts the text and is working fine in Mac OS
9 irrespective of the language options chosen. When text is entered
through keyboard it shows all types of characters like korean, ...

I am running Office V.x on Mac OS 10.3 I am attempting to use
Powerpoint to create a presentation but when clicking on the outline it
disappears or only shows half the slides. Is there a way I can view the
actual slides like I can on the IBM. Or is there a way to fix this

For imagery created on the Mac (but intended to be opened/inserted into
Excel/PowwerPoint files on a PC) what are the best file formats for:
1 Vector Images (i.e. Created in Illustrator)

I've noticed that in creating a .25" grid in PP, I am prevented from
'gridding' out the entire slide. I do have a .5" grid throughout the slide

I'm using PowerPoint 2004 for Mac.
I was wondering how I could set a preference for a default new slide
format that DOES NOT have the "Click to Add" boxes. I would like to
always start with a clean slide without any pre-defined boxes.

I'm not sure when this happened, as I haven't actually created a PPT
recently, but today, I noticed that while there are 111 ppt templates
in my Microsoft Office 2004/Templates/Presentations/Design folder, only
two show up in Project Gallery (two that I d/l'ed from MS Template

I'm running a G5 PowerMac, System 10.3.7, using Office 2004.
After receiving a PC Powerpoint file and opening it, I cannot edit and
save the document. I get the following error message:
There was an error accessing

Does anyone know how  to do that. It is by default set at 18. I would
like powerpoint to open new comments with a size 12 by default?
Any help would be much appreciated

Is there a way in Presenter Tools to have more than 3 slides on the
left hand side? Maybe a zoom option?

I am currently creating a powerpoint presentation which would be linked
to an Excel spreadsheet.
The problem I face is that I would like that the PPT presentation
automatically refreshes when the data in the Excel spreadsheet changes.

I think this is probably the geekiest thing I've ever asked but does anyone
know what the 'hard-wired' rgb color values are for these colors in
Powerpoint and Excel:
Lime

As a last resort before I actually go onto a Windows PC (uggggg!) to get my
job done, is there anything I can do to make a PPT run that has Active X in
it? I get a ŒSome controls on this presentation cannot be activated because
Powerpoint does not support ActiveX controls¹ dialogue ...
