I am using Office 2004 on a Mac running OS X 10.4 and after editing the PPT (originally created on an XP machine in Office 2003), I cannot open it on the PC again. I am simply moving the file using a USB memory stick. Thanks

When a .ppt is saved as a web site, the symbols, bullets, and quotes are not translated into web entities. BBEdits "Translate" utility can be run on the .htm files for slide text, but the bullets seem to be some sort of .css style. Can I modify it?

It seems that recently I cannot cusomize the toolbars. When I select this command the modifiable menu bar appears below the real one but there is no dialog to allow editing of toolbars. One cannot see to select icons or commands to drag to the toolbars. Since does not appear

On slide transitions the effect is jumpy, not smooth at all. I have redone presentations, re-installed Office 2004 again, repeated presentations but still the effects are jumpy. I have an iBook with 600 MHz and 384 SDRAM. I inmcrease to 612 and still jumpy. Any ideas?

I have a 2005 12" 1,GHz PB with max memory (1,25 Gb). The PP 2004 is so painfully slow that while writing text on slide it takes about an second to one character to show up while typing...since I do touch type the screen update is usually several words behind.
