finding the original path26 Jul 2005 05:07 GMT4
I have a ppt file, in which I've put some linked graphics. Some of
these have lost their path when I copied the folder everything was in.

possible to find the path (I assume it was absolute) and either change
advancing to previous slide after showing movie25 Jul 2005 19:43 GMT3
Hi Friends:  I'm using Powerpoint 04 and I've inserted a movie that I
put on a hidden slide.  (The idea is that it is optional for the
presenter to decide if they want to use the action button to advance to
the movie or not).  After the movie plays I would love it to advance to

Hi!  The first thing I do every time I create a new presentation is make the
outline and notes panes as small as possible.  Is there any way to get
Powerpoint to remember my prefered size of these panes permanently?
Thanks!
mac to windows images19 Jul 2005 23:15 GMT1
I created a PP on the MAC. I drug images from the web directly to the
presentation which worked fine. When I sent my PP to a PC, the images
would not load (could not read quicktime even though quicktime was
loaded). When I looked at the images, it said that it was a PICT. Is

Using Office2004 for Mac S.Edition: Have several presentations with

MPG-1 video files won't play in slide show on Mac19 Jul 2005 15:56 GMT1
I'm attempting to create a good cross-platform CD with a PPT and movie
clips. Familiar refrain, I know, but bear with me here.
Based on some of the information I've read online, I chose the Mpeg-1
format, made the movies in Cleaner 5, moved them into the same folder as

AutoCorrect, multiple languages and keyboard layouts15 Jul 2005 00:37 GMT3
Using PowerPoint 2004 for the first time, after much frustration and
head-scratching I learn with dismay that the language of the
AutoCorrect function is dependant on the language of the keyboard
layout being used. Strangely enough, the language used by the Spelling
Saving slides to pdf14 Jul 2005 20:55 GMT5
I'm running PowerPoint version X and need to save a few PP

frame around them. The original slides in PP do not. How do I create a
pdf file with slides that are not "framed".

All the macros have been deleted from a PowerPoint document, but everytime
it is opened PowerPoint displays the ³Enable macros² dialog box.
What can I do to stop this message box appearing when there are no macros to
enable or disable?
