Very slow slide transitions in PowerPoint 200424 May 2005 23:38 GMT1
I'm having a problem with slide transitions in Powerpoint 2004. I had
originally made a presentation in PowerPoint V.X. It works fine there,
both on a PM G5, dual 2.0(RevA) running OX 10.3.9, and on an iBook G3
(700) with 256 MB Ram, running 10.3.9. When I put both OSX.4 on the

look as if you could fit a dual video card in anywhere.
Advice on movie file format to use cross platform18 May 2005 05:29 GMT2
Currently we use Office X. Have Office 2004 in house but have hesitated to
deploy due to the shoddy playback of Quicktime files. Ultimately most PPTs
created here will need to be used cross-platform. Does that essentially only
leave the .avi format? I can't guarantee that Quicktime ...

Recognizing hidden slides?11 May 2005 22:02 GMT2
Is there an easy way to recognize a hidden slide while in "Normal
View"?  If I go to Slide Sorter view, the numbers of hidden slides have
a convenient grey slash mark over them.   Ditto in the Presenter's
Tools (which I love, by the way; kudos!).  But it seems that in Normal
