Powerpoint files are often big and difficult to send as email attachment.
So I usually make a pdf out of them. The procedure is to invoke the
Print Handout 2 slides per page Output option Save as File Format PDF.
A recent case: PPT was 6 MB and pdf output 7MB on the Mac and 700 kb ...

Okay, I've tried searching through old messages for my answer first. I
really have. I have seen similar questions asked, and it seems like

my wife has done a presentation full of pictures all of which are near
enough 1mb each.  How can I reduce the size of these so that it is not

My Powerpoint 2004 has been installed on a new computer to which I
recently moved all my files from my old computer, which had been

In general Powerpoint 2004 opens old presentations just fine.

When we insert a jpeg image in a document and then flip the image and
then save it, close it, quit, restart powerpoint and reopen the file,
the image is not flipped anymore.

Hello, I have some lectures that I would like to print as handouts, 4 per
page. When I print them, they print OK, but the slides are relatively small,
and there is lots of white space left on the page.
Is there a way to make the slides layout larger on my printed page?

Actually this problem does not exsist on my Mac, but if I print the same
presentation from a Windows machine, all negative (white) text on
colored background comes out black.
Can anybody help me where to change something?

an RGB color palette rather than the Apple color palette when accessing the
color picker.  Can that be done?

I've figured out how to apply music to a slide and I'm sure there's a way to

Hi gang, I have about 30 photos I would like to import into PowerPoint. I
need each figure on an individual slide. Is there an automated way to do
