Presentation view. How do I swap screens?05 Feb 2005 22:36 GMT2
When I put PowerPoint into presentation view one of my screens shows full
screen the slide I want to present and the other shows a preview of whats
coming next etc.
I need to swap the screens but cannot figure out how?

I need step by step directions, (or a referral to a site) to insert
sounds (music and or bird songs that I have on CD's which I will load
to the hard drive) into slides. I am using PPT 2004 for Apple.

import, PP reports "unsupported file". I made the flash file in MX 2004,

i would like to take handwritten notes in powerpoint and be able to
save those notes.  is this possible?  i'm not talking about the pen
tool during a presentation.  i also know about the scribble tool,
however this is not conducive to writing notes.  also i know about the
