I have put together a PowerPoint presentation consisting of about 15 slides.
On each slide clicking a picture of me produces a sentence I recorded (in
French - yes, I'm a French teacher!). I now want to re-use the presentation

After copying all files from my old PowerBook to my new PowerBook, my
(Office 2004) PowerPoint slides will no longer find, load, play, or open
existing movies.

Can someone please confirm whether PowerPoint 2004 for Mac has the option of
inserting diagrams (Venn, pyramid, etc) - I know it's possible in PP 2002
for PCs, but can't seem to find it on my Mac.

When I give a powerpoint presentation (2004) with my power book hooked
up to the projector everything runs fine until I take longer than a few
minutes to move to the next slide...then the screen starts to cut out

Hi everyone, I have this problems:
1. I have a version of PPT for windows where I can find a function that
allows to compress all images in the file to 200dpi or 96dpi, I can't find
it in the mac version.

How do I change the resolution of the jpegs in a powerpoint resolution.
Currently they are 72 ppi but each one is 4.8 MB.  Do I have to redo
everything in Photoshop or can I change it in Powerpoint.

I am using PPT 2004 on an E-mac that is running System 10.3.8. In the
last month I have had two different Powerpoint presentations that would
not run on three different Windows laptops that were using PPT 2003. I
used both a CD and a flashdrive to transfer the files and got the same

I use Mac Office Suite 2004. When I loaded it, it installed loads of
fonts, quite a lot of which were Chinese, Japanese etc.
Since I don't speak these languages, i deleted them from the Font Book.
Now, every time I do anything in Powerpoint, I get lots of message
