[This is unrelated to the widely reported problems with movie frame rates.] After copying all files from my old PowerBook to my new PowerBook, my (Office 2004) PowerPoint slides will no longer find, load, play, or open existing movies.

Can someone please confirm whether PowerPoint 2004 for Mac has the option of inserting diagrams (Venn, pyramid, etc) - I know it's possible in PP 2002 for PCs, but can't seem to find it on my Mac. Many thanks

How do I change the resolution of the jpegs in a powerpoint resolution. Currently they are 72 ppi but each one is 4.8 MB. Do I have to redo everything in Photoshop or can I change it in Powerpoint. Thanks for your help.

I use Mac Office Suite 2004. When I loaded it, it installed loads of fonts, quite a lot of which were Chinese, Japanese etc. Since I don't speak these languages, i deleted them from the Font Book. Now, every time I do anything in Powerpoint, I get lots of message
