I am able to password protect individual files for Word, however I don't know how to do it for Powerpoint or Excel. I want to make it so to open certain files a prompt will pop-up asking for a password. thank for any help.

PPT 2001 Mac I am unable to access anything other than the 'normal' font when I wish to change the character set of a bullet. Why is this? And how do I get to pick a different font other than 'normal'? Thanks much.

My boss is looking to buy a Mac but is unhappy because PowerPoint 2004 does not show thumbnails of the slides in the outline pane in Normal view. Does anyone know how to display those thumbnails like Windows versions do? Paul Maeder

Dear Guys, It seems to me that PPT has never allowed me to embed .mwv file or .avi file in the slides. It has never been a problem for me to embed .mov or .mpeg files.
