Workaround for advanced animation in PowerPoint Show?30 Jul 2004 01:10 GMT1
I just discovered that much of the advanced animation in PPT 2003 does
not work in PowerPoint Viewer. So, since the only way a PowerPoint
Show works is by using PowerPoint Viewer, I can't seem to find a way
to make it so that my client only has to click a file and have the
slide show displays slide too big30 Jul 2004 00:56 GMT2
My slides are JPEGs fro screen capture.  I capture from  less than a
full screen.  The individual slides look perfect.  When I run slide
show the displayed slides are expanded so that they do not fit on the
screen.  It does not matter whether I use full screen or window mode
slide show does not show full slide30 Jul 2004 00:55 GMT2
I used Screen Catcher to capture full windows.  I insert them into PP
and all is well.  Each window is more than a screen in length.  Each
individual slide works perfectly with a scroll bar that lets me see
the entire window.  However when I run slide show all I get is the

If you don't quite understand what I mean, here is the link to the 98 viewer
Version conflict issues28 Jul 2004 20:34 GMT2
Can a person, authoring in PowerPoint Mac 2004, expect to distribute a
file created in that version to PC users using versions 2003 and/or
2000 without any playback concerns, particularly video playback?
And if there are issues/concerns where would I find a list?
Drag and drop image onto a slide27 Jul 2004 15:13 GMT1
I have a Nikon D70 camera, which settings are set to fine
print. These saves an image of around 1.2mb. I've have a
current workaround where I have to save the image to the
deskstop so this can then be dropped into a slideshow. The

Co-worker sent me a PP slide created in Office 97, I can only view one
slide, and only partial at that. What is even stranger, is that this
happens in both Mac PP '04 AND Keynote...same problem.
Ideas?
animated typography jagged24 Jul 2004 00:15 GMT1
When I animate typography in my ppt (Windows PPt 1998 / mac 9.2)
the typo becomes jagged, even in the presentation modus.
When I print out slides in Black and White, white lines become black.
What can I do?
Fill effects24 Jul 2004 00:07 GMT1
I could use some help drawing a circle with 2 gradated colors radiating from
center out into the 2nd color.
When I select the circle, then fill color > fill effects:  selecting ³from
center,²  ³2 colors²  -- I get a circle with a gradated square in the
