I'm putting together a PPT presentation with several large quicktime movies (the largest is 1.25 gig). I had hoped to play it on my 600 mhz ibook with 256 RAM, and it almost works. There's just a little mis-synching at the beginning of some of the movies, and occasionally

I've encountered a vexing bug in PowerPoint 2004 and can't find a solution. When I drag an object (text box, shape or image) it drops 4 PowerPoint grid points down after I release my mouse button. This happens whether I have snap to grid on or not (I do not have snap to objects ...

I'm still struggling with the problem of adding jpgs or tifs to my PPX presentations. I did as previously suggested (repaired disk permissions), which did nothing. Some jpgs and some tifs will consent to be inserted, but there doesn't seem to be any pattern to that. I

I don't know if this is just specific to me or not, but after I installed Office 2004, Entourage changed the default email account I use for sending messages to these news groups. It started using my default account. I had another one set up in Entourage X that mangled my "from" ...
