I want to transfer the sound from a minidisc player to my iBook, how?
The player is a Sony MD Walkman Minidisc recorder MZ-G755, you can see

My iBook g3 600 mhz has gotten a problem for a long time, but it has
gradually gotten worse. The screen goes dark and no to black, i can
solve the problem by giving the computer a squeeze it, the squeeze
seams to have to be to the left side of the track pad. Any suggestions

I have recently bought a used pb 1400cs and I don't know how to get to
the bios to boot this thing up. All I get is a floppy with question
mark in center of screen. How do I get to the bios to see what cpu I
have? And figure out how to get an os installed?

I installed 10.4.7 on my Powerbook G4/400 (Titanium). After booting up,
the airport connection was very flaky. It went up and down several times
a minute. I thought it was keychain, then preferences. After much poking
around repairing privileges and rebooting, the airport card ...

New MacBook here -- and after using Migration Assistant to move my stuff
from the ol' iBook, and then doing all the updates recommended by
Software Update I notice that there is no Activity Monitor app.
I didn't notice it until I calibrated the battery this morning.

Is there a known issue with the Macbook not recognizing its battery? My
wife's almost-new machine is in this state right now. When you plug in
the charger, the LED goes green immediately; the menu bar icon shows an
x'd out battery. Tried resetting PMU already.
