fan on Pismo's27 Feb 2006 16:13 GMT10
Does anyone have a clue on how to manually trigger the fan in a Pismo?  Im

working to full potential I still would like to use the machine.  Now I've
replaced the fan and it still won't.

Anyone else have issues using a Bluetooth mouse on their PowerBook?
I've tried three different Bluetooth mice with my 1GHz 12" pBook, all

Hiya,
I'm new to this whole usenet malarky so I'm sorry if I do something I
shouldn't. Also, my knowledge of Apple Macs and Lap Tops is but limited
(I usually confine myself to a Desktop PC).

Hi. I just took delivery of a new Apple Powerbook G4 1.67GHz 15". I

left front corner of the lid is slightly higher than the right. If you
put your finger on the left corner and press down, you can wiggle the

When running out of juice, powerbook does hard shutdown20 Feb 2006 11:57 GMT4
Can anybody help me with this? Recently, my Alu G4 powerbook has

so. It happens with two different batteries. I have done a PMU reset

My '02 TiBook is apparently developing HD problems (i/o errors, even
after erasing the drive, checking for bad blocks, and reformatting),
so I'm planning on replacing it.
