Anyone have this problem - ?
I set up a hot corner (it does it w/o the hot corner also) to turn the
screen saver on, so when it turns on I see the top quarter (25%) or so

put to sleep, it wakes up in response to keyboard activity, but not to

devices, I have a few "thumb drives", digital cameras and a 4GB USB disk
 drive, all of which have worked fine in the past.
In the past few days I have tried my USB devices and none are recognized

I went to turn my iBook G3 900mhz (16 VRAM) this morning, and it will
not boot. I here the drive spinning, but I get no chime and no video.
So I unpluged it, and removed the battery, and tried to boot it again,
but the same thing.

The AirPort card in my TiBook died some time ago, and I've been using a
Cisco 802.11b card that I had lying about. Works fine, but it's
dragging down my wireless network, the remainder of which is all
802.11g (iMac, 17" PowerBook, Dual G5, Windows laptop + AirPort

I have a VERY strange noise issue on my new PowerBook.
When I have external speakers or headphone or earphones connected to it at
my desk at home then I get a 'noise' which sounds like it has a data element
to it.

I was curious as to what the options are for upgrading a wallstreet to a
faster processor. I know of the Sonnet Crescendo G4 500Mhz upgrade, but
are there any other options? To throw it out there, can you use any of the
later higher Mhz powerbook G3 (such as a pismo or lombard?) ...
