it is such a monumental PITA to swap hard drives?
I am not an Apple tech but have had cause to, among other things,

I have an iBook G4 12" and recently I have noticed a problem with Help
Viewer.
When I click 'Mac Help' from the Finder's Help menu, I get a blank

I have a 15" PowerBook and it has the small while LED light on the
front latch.  I often set it next to my bed at night, and do not
want the LED to pulse on/off in my face.  Is there a way to disable
it?  Can I easily do this, so I can enable it back whenever I want?
