How do I get the ADD-Ins for excel for doing analysis such as regression?

Hi, recently I have starting having two different problems with entourage 2004. version 11.3.3
One is that when i try to send mail a window appears saying: " Mail could not be sent The server account returned the error 5.7.0 ...

I have a full licence for Office 2004 and have purchased the student & teacher edition of Office 2008. I'm obviously entitled to have them both on the same Mac ...... is this possible & if so how? reluctant to start an installation until I know how best to proceed.

Is there anyway to keep the toolbox open and expanded horizontally on top of the page (under new,open,save,etc)?
I was using office 2007 for PC and it had a great interface with all your option buttons on the top of the page.

When I am trying to type a list of items in single space, Word wants to double space. How can I change this setting so that everything is single spaced?

I was typing in Word. It froze. I waited about 10 minutes and shut down the computer. When I rebooted the computer, I could no longer open ANY Mactopia files (Word and Excel).
