Version: 2004 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) If I purchase a copy of Office 2004, can I install it on both my desktop and laptop and then sync the information between the two? Do I need a multi licence version to work on both machines at the same time?

I have absolutely no use for the toolbar in Office 2008 (in Word, Excel and Powerpoint) that has buttons (in Word) for Document Elements, Quick Tables, Charts, SmartArt Graphics and WordArt. I have looked all over for a method of removing it, but no luck. Any advice?
