I have an iMac g4 and am planning to install Office 2008. Is there any way that I can install Office 2008, using the same product key, on a Macbook that I am planning to buy? (I won't need Office on the iMac after I purchase the Macbook).

can only get it to start in safe mode and safe mode:1
word also won't start except in safe mode, excel and PP fine.

When I launch any of the Office apps, the splash screen is displayed, the beach ball spins, and nothing starts, ever.
The only solution is to Force-Quit and re-install Office.
This has occurred 3 times--in 2 weeks.
On the splash screen, I notice that nothing is displayed underneath ...

I have a problem where I installed Office 2008 under one user account, but the installation does not appear under the other user ID that shares the Macbook itself.
Can someone assist me by explaining how to make this so?

I have an iMac G4. I want to put Office 2008 on it right now, but I am planning to purchase a MacBook Pro this summer. Will Office 2008 work if I install it on my iMac and then use MIgration Assistant to put Office on my Macbook Pro later?
