We have downloaded a Charitable Organization version of Office 2008. I cannot get the installer to go past the last screen and finish. I enter all my identification info at the "Identity" prompt and hit the "Continue" button but nothing ever happens.

I've used my three Home/Student Edition Office 2004 licenses on installations
on two desktop Macs and a laptop.  Now, I'm replacing the laptop with a new
one.  I understand how to move my Office data over to the new laptop by

1. There appears to be no way to set Word for B&W printing (if document is in color).
2. When Excel is set to print B&W, it still prints in color.

I have just upgraded my PowerMacG5 to Leopard and find that Word and Excel will not print documents or spreadsheets using the black ink cartridge on my Canon MP160. Instead they use the color cartridge and text prints in gray instead of black. TextEdit, Pages, etc. do print correctly.

How does one increase the size or darkness of the cursor/space holder in Word? Apple Preferences allows the OS cursor to be increased in size, but the Word cursor seems inaccessible. It is very skinny and faint - we of weak eyes lose track of it on the page - drives you nuts!!!!

Excel keeps crashing. I have the latest Mac operating system OS X 10.5.
