I just purchased a MacBook and Mac:Office 08. (Student)
I'm having a lot of trouble opening Word documents that are being emailed to me. How can I fix this...I have tried process this site instructs, i.e. click "enable" "all documents" but still can't open, pop-up says word document

I¹m trying to use QuicKeys to recreate a few macros, and I am bumping into fine points about window control. I know this has to be incredibly basic, but what are the differences among windows, sheets, palettes, etc? Is there a tech doc someone can link me to?

When i go to Excel or Word and select file open and all my documents show in a box-How do i delete these documents if i don't want then any longer? Thank you in advance for your help.

I'm on 10.5.1 and I just installed Office 2008. I, as well as others, have noticed that Office 2008 apps are spewing error message to the system.log.
I don't have to do anything, other than just open an app.

After just installing Office 2008 on my mac (Power PC with latest version of Leopard), I've run across font issues with Safari (also the latest version). Specifically, text is scrunched together and unreadable. I'm assuming there's a font conflict here.

I have 2004 and am fine with it. Any reason bother with 2008? Review in NY Times says not much really new and can't do Macros, and I think word/excel documents I create, I will have to make and "old" version to send to friends etc who don't have 2008 correct? If I'm not on INtel Mac ...

This is driving me crazy; I hope someone can help.
When I'm in the Visual Basic editor, if I press any letter that has a command key assignment, it performs that action as if Cmd were pressed - if I press "g", it opens the Immediate window. If I press "r", it goes to the Object
