I'm a new Mac user and was wondering - if I had locked a document with Windows Vista (it has the file extension .ueaf) do you know how I would be able to open it using Mac Office 2008? I can't find an 'unlock' or 'decrypt' option in the menu.

I live in Belgium but have a UK installation on my Mac. When I type in 11/2 as in February, Excel changes it to 2/11 as in November 2nd.
My Formats are correct in 'International' in my System Preferences.
