The updater just installed the 11.3.9 update and I missed finding a read
me file to know what was changed.
Anyone have a Read Me file or URL to what has been changed?

Okay so when I first installed Office for Mac, I didn't install Excel,
PowerPoint or Messenger as I rarely use them, now today I decided to

I used a trial version of Office 2004 in my MacBook until it expired.
I few days ago I bought I licensed Office 2004 - Student and teacher
edition and tried to install it in the MacBook.
I deleted the previous version by dragging all Office folder to trash.

I am a new Imac desktop user. I have Office 2007 on my laptop PC and
have always used Publisher for a couple of organization newsletters
that I do. I soon decided Pages was not as user friendly or as full
featured as Publisher so decided to bite the bullet and buy Office

I can't upgrade from Office X to Office 2004. I have a G4 running OS
10.4.10, with 15GB of free space. Office X resides on an external HD,
not in my Application folder. The set up assistant starts but quits
after just a few seconds with a long, involved error report.

I did Mac OS X 10.5 clean install on my Mac. After installing and
updating Office 2004 I have trouble opening the office applications.
The application itself opens just fine but I can't see the actual
documents at all.

Or is it out and am I missing something???

I did a clean install of Leopard this weekend and I am having an
annoying issue with Office 2004.  All the files that I had copied from
my backup do not show the Office Icons (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), all
the show is a text type icon with either doc or xls in black print.  I

Is there a way to migrate the settings from Office 2001, to Office 2004?
One our faculty is adamant that recreating the Office settings in 2004 will
