I have a list of 450-some-odd names and addresses I'd like to import
into Entourage.  I am unable to consistently map the import.
Sometimes the headers from Excel (in tab-delimited text) appear in the
mapping window, sometimes not.  More often they don't.

I am having trouble finding the correct conduit settings to sync my
Palm Tungsten E2 to Entourage. Any suggestions out there?

In a fairly out of the blue situation while doing a number  of things
on my Mac (Intel Imac) a word document closed down without generating
any error message.  Subsequent to this I have been unable to open Word

I need to create a Word plug in for Office 2008.
When can we start development?  On release product only? On a beta?
How do I obtain the SDK describing the process of building a pug-in?

A friend in CA told me to download IP-to-Country Database; but after
downloading, I could not open it on my OSX Imac because of what Apple
Tech Support said was a non-supportable csv file. But, the Apple gal

solve, so I decided to back things up and reinstall from my original

Some other people have the same problem, but I don't think I have the
Microsoft "Network Security Updater", and I don't have a Microsoft
Preferences file under the Library>Preferences field which worked as
solutions for the others.

My Mac has all of a sudden stopped running MS Office 2004
applications. I get an error message...

When starting Entourage, incoming/new messages are not sent to my
inbox, but rather straight to my deleted items folder.  I have no
rules set up.  It does this even if I delete the account and re-enter
the account (IMAP) into Entourage.

I spent over a year reading all sorts of suggestions about how to speed up my
