I have several folders within my "office 2004 Identities" folder
such as "Main Identity [Backed up 3-9-2007  8.24]".
This folder takes up 86 MB of disk space. Can I delete this and other
similarly labeled folders without difficulty?

When replying to an email, is there a way to configure Entourage so

In a routine Excel spreadsheet, I suddenly cannot sort data.  A pop-up
says "This operation requires the merged cells to be identically
sized".

Microsoft Office just autoupdated, and now I can't open any Microsoft
Office Programs (use Word, Excel, and Powerpoint).   The icon will
