Can 11.3.3. update be installed via ARD?07 Feb 2007 20:38 GMT3
Is it possible to do a silent install of the 11.3.3 update via Apple Remote
Desktop 3?  We have tons of clients and all have locked down user
restrictions.  We would love to automate this process.
Thanks!
Problem with PowerPoint Slideshows07 Feb 2007 00:00 GMT2
I have an iMac with Office 2004. On several occasions when someone has
sent me a PowerPoint presentation, my computer freezes up when I try
to view the presentation.  When I save the presentation to my computer
and try to view it as a slideshow, it also freezes up.  Would welcome
New to Office 2004 for the Mac (Student & Teacher Edition)06 Feb 2007 21:14 GMT3
I am interested in knowing a good resource book or CD that can teach
me this particular version of Office for my new Mac.
Also, I am interested in learning about Microsoft Office Specialist

E-mails Don't Print Correctly05 Feb 2007 20:43 GMT1
We transferred our Entourage X Main Identity on a PowerBook G3 to
Entourage 2004 on a MacBook Pro.  The only thing that is not working
properly is the printing of some (but not all) e-mails.  Some of them
will only print with about 7 blank lines between every printed line.
sounds in Word04 Feb 2007 21:39 GMT1
I was playing with some of my sound settings and for some reason when
I got to save, undo, cut copy etc. it used to make that funky sound
and I found it quite helpful. Now for some reason it doensn't do it.
Anyone know how to get that back?
Re Mac Office and Security03 Feb 2007 23:59 GMT15
I've heard it suggested that installing/using Office for Mac on a MacIntosh
computer compromises some of the innate security features of the Mac.
Can this be true?  It doesn't make sense to me, unless a malicious macro is
introduced and run.
Any idea if there'll be a "public beta" of Office 2008?03 Feb 2007 18:47 GMT10
Like there was for Office 2007 (Windows version?)
Seems to me with the removal of VBA, people might want to see what this
does before it's actually released.
And to give more feedback if things like opening PowerPoint documents

no error message, the icon just jumps around like it always did before
but nothing happens.

I bought office for my last laptop.  I want to install it on my new
Mac, but I don't want to purchase it again.  Can I move it to my new
Mac without paying for it again?  If so, how do I do this.  I have
searched exhaustively without finding the answer.  Thanks.
ERRORS After Initial Install of Office: Mac 2004 Standard Edition01 Feb 2007 21:33 GMT1
I just installed MS Office 2004 on my brand new iMAC.  The Test Drive
edition (from my laptop) was removed at the end of the process.  I
emptied the trash.  But when I launch the programs, I get the
following error: An unexpected error occurred while trying to load the
Office does not start up at all01 Feb 2007 10:42 GMT23
On my Core 2 Duo MacBook Pro, I can not load Office recently.  When I
open Word, for example, the the icon bounces once, then disappears.  No
error message or anything, it just disappears.  My first instinct was
to just reinstall it, however the weird thing is that even the office
